Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant and traveling companion will be required to sign a Release Form (see Item # III).


Winner: The winner will be contacted via e-mail or phone within 48 hours of the draw and will have 10 days to claim the prize.  Any unclaimed prizes after 10 days will be forfeited by Cruise Connections Canada.


I. Prize Details

  1. Prize is good for two passengers onboard the April 24th, 2011, 7 Night Caribbean sailing of the Freedom of the Seas. The free cruise is inclusive of accommodation all meals onboard and entertainment.

II.  How To Enter the Contest

  • Complete the official online entry form located at www.cruise-connections.com.   Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address

III. Who May Enter

  • Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry
  • Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Cruise Connections Canada and any others associated with this contest are not eligible to participate

IV. Terms and Conditions

  1. Winners must sign and return a release of liability and declaration of eligibility all within ten (10) days of issuance or Prize may be forfeited
  2. This prize is for a “Cruise only”.  Any additional and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the recipient – i.e. air travel, hotel accommodations, transfers, gratuities, optional shore excursions, onboard purchases such as specialty restaurants, wines, spa, additional meals while not onboard the ship
  3. Fuel supplement, if reinstated by Royal Caribbean International, and other applicable surcharges are additional charges to the recipient
  4. This prize must be accepted as “awarded” and is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.  Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component
  5. Not valid with previously purchased trip.  This prize may not be combined with any other coupon, vouchers, discount, bonus, upgrade, or other promotional offers/tickets
  6. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure
  7. Cruise Connections Canada, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate the contest by posting a notice at www.cruise-connections.com. If the contest is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date
  8. Cruise Connections Canada is not responsible for postal system, telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, misdirected, lost, stolen or otherwise illegible
  9. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. By entering this contest, entrants agree that Cruise Connections has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner are final
  10. Selected entrant and companion will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary passports and travel documentation
  11. All entries become the property of Cruise Connections Canada and will be held in strict privacy

V. Waiver of Liability

  • Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that Cruise Connections Canada may use winner’s names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation (whether print, broadcast or electronic media)
  • Winner agrees to comply with the contest rules.   If the selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries received
  • By entering, winner agrees that Cruise Connections Canada, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (and any travel related hereto) or participation in this contest
  • This contest is subject to all Federal, State, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited
